Sam Webborn, the principal Osteopath, has been practicing since graduating in 2015 and has extensive experience working with a wide range of clients, from individuals to professional athletes.
Using techniques such as spinal manipulation, massage, mobilisations and medical acupuncture he is able to help with both long standing and acute injuries. He is able to assess, diagnose and treat an extensive variety of conditions including sciatica, headaches, low back pain, sports injuries, pregnancy related pain and much more.
Sam’s experience extends beyond private practice. He has worked at two established clinics in Swansea for many years, building a reputation for high-quality, patient-focused care. Additionally, he has been the Osteopath for Swansea City FC since the 2015/16 season, supporting the team’s health and performance. Sam continues to work closely with the first team at their Fairwood Training Ground, providing expert care that aids recovery, prevents injuries, and enhances performance.
Meg Stratton-Thomas is a sports therapist who graduated with a BSc(Hons) in Sports Conditioning, Rehabilitation and Massage.
Meg specialises in providing manual therapy and rehabilitation programmes for athletes, and the general public, to get back from injury.
Meg has worked for 2 years in private practice, as well as providing pitchside medical cover for a local rugby team.
Ashley graduated from Swansea University as a Master of Osteopathy with a First Class degree (with Honours). Since then he had worked in multiple clinics across South Wales enabling him to gain vast experience in the Osteopathic field.
With extensive experience in treating chronic pain, complex cases, and long-term conditions, Ashley provides personalised, hands-on therapy for clients of all ages, from young athletes to retirees. His practice is rooted in empathy and a commitment to improving health and well-being.
Specialising in musculoskeletal issues, Ashley addresses acute sports injuries, chronic joint and muscle concerns, and age-related mobility challenges. For retirees, his treatments aim to manage pain, restore mobility, and support an active, independent lifestyle.
Ashley also helps athletes recover from injuries and enhance performance through detailed assessments and joint and muscle mobilisation, focusing on recovery, strength, and injury prevention.
Trained in British Medical Acupuncture and pursuing advanced studies in Western Medical Acupuncture, Ashley integrates this expertise with hands-on techniques for pain relief, muscle relaxation, and recovery.
His evidence-based approach is tailored to each client’s goals, helping them achieve better movement, reduced pain, and an improved quality of life.
